Who We Are

We are glad you joined us in our corner of the music world! We are a retro rock, sometimes country, but all the time jammin’ band in Sanford, Florida.

Let me introduce you:

Jan Puterbaugh is one of the founding members of the Vicar Bry Band and is a pastor (The Vicar), writer and song writer. Jan sings, plays acoustic guitar, harmonica and owns the small project studio the band records in.

Bry Carling hails from England and is the other founding member of the Vicar Bry Band. Bry sings, plays bass, guitar, and is an accomplished musician that has played in numerous bands in the central Florida.

Doug Miller hails from Kentucky and in years past played sax and guitar in R&B bands like the Moonglows in the 1950’s and 60’s as well as The Third World Edition. Doug sings and plays electric rhythm and lead guitar.

Richard Keesee hails from Munich, Germany and has played in many bands along the way. Richard sings and plays drums.

Sandy Keesee is a driving force in the Vicar Bry band, full of encouragement and ideas and is the marketing and promotion rep that keeps the band playing. Sandy promotes many local bands in the area and would be happy to talk to you about your projects!
